This may include:

  • I’m scared at school/college
  • I have no one to talk to
  • I am being bullied
  • I’m worried about my work/exams

Feeling worried or nervous at school or college is normal and you won’t be alone. However, it is important you talk to someone about your feelings and what may be causing you to feel that way.

Try and speak to an adult at the school or college first – a teacher or a member of the pastoral team.
